Not bad a two for one day, we have improved a lot over the last few weeks and we are doing very, our communication and team fighting has improved a lot. We still need to really work on playing from behind, in a lot of games where we have a significant gold disadvantage against a team comp that can dive we have trouble coming back. We easily come back from small 4-6k gold deficits but our turteling and tower defending is not great. Also we should not play as late at night since our concentration falls of a lot.

Practice October 10th
Nice job guys we got Gold III. So two one for the day, we almost went three zero again but I kind of threw it. We were practicing with NAUREEENZ today since Highly Blessed could not play. Don't forget we are going to participate in the Go4LoL on Sunday 12th at 3pm. We are playing with NAUREEENZ as the jungle replacement for oG since oG is on a trip.
Basically the first and the third game were relatively easy, for the most part we dominated our lanes and we managed to win pretty early. Our mid game vision and objective control was very good and our communication is really improving.
The second game was kind of a bind, we almost pulled it off, however some bad engages lead to the enemy getting baron which should not have been a problem since we traded top inhibitor for it, however I got caught by a thresh hook under tower and got bursted out. During that whole mess some miss-communication lead to oG and Kroll dying as well. One thing lead to another and even though super minions were attacking the enemy nexus we still lost the game. I blame myself mostly for the defeat but it is good experience to have for the future.

Practice October 9th
Three zero clean sweep. Great job guys. We showed real improvement today, our team fighting was a lot better then usual and we had a lot more communication in these three games. In one day we made a transition from a bad early game and good late game go controlled early game and very good late game. I think if we keep this up we are going to be doing very well in the future.
We are still not perfect, we are still not following all the calls and soaking up all the information flowing but it is getting a lot better. Thanks for keeping me calm guys since you all know how hot headed I get when we make mistakes and it is something I want to improve. If we keep on a good practice scheduled for the next month or so we are going to improve quite a bit.
As long as we keep calm and like listen to the calls all the time we are going to be winning like this a lot more. Hope fully we can keep our heads in the game in the coming months. Season 6 Summer split THE DREAM IS REAL!

October 8th Practice
Today showed two very important things. The first is that we have a great amount of potential to do really well in the future, however it also showed that we have a lot of work ahead of us. Our general team attitude today was very positive even when we were losing we stayed calm. This lead to a lot better communication and basically gave us the chance to come back in both of the games we were losing. We even almost came back from a 12k gold deficit.
Even though we ended up throwing our come back in the last two games due to just misplay by me basically we showed that our late game decision making and team fighting is greatly improving. We still need to work on thous aspects more of course however it shows that we have potential. We need to work on our early game in the future and further develop our communication and coordination in the mid-late game.
Our team fights were especially well played in the first game where we picked smart engages for the most part and executed the fights well. We need to keep this up as our practice moves forward. I hope to find an analyst and a coach for the team in the future, however this will be obviously fairly hard since not many people are willing to do something like that. However if we did manage to find somebody like this it would greatly speed up our improvement.

October 6th Practice
Rough day. The fact is in the first two games my positioning and over all play was just terrible and lead to a bad team atmosphere and our eventual defeat. The third game however was the most depressing. The main issue was that we got out scaled in the late game, if we had forced a fight earlier we would have won the game most probably.
Not much to say in general about the first two games, but the third game was most definitely a case of them out scaling use due to the fact we were do scared to fight. Several bad team fights due to lack of communication caused by a bad team attitude in general lead to us just not being decisive enough to fight.
It is going to be crucial to our success that we work on our attitude towards the game and each other. And that goes for all of us. We need to keep a clear head in the game, in the game nothing matters what happens happens and we move on. They steal baron it's fine just keep going stay calm play on. We don't need to point our mistakes out, like i tend to do this a lot and get pissy about it with oG leading to like other people as well pointing out all the small mistakes he makes. It seems impossible for us to not just generally get frustrated at the smallest of things. I believe that if we get this issue sorted most other things will come naturally with experience.
If we can in some way all develop the calm attitude Kals tends to have we will just be a much better team overall. Remember when we play Ranked 5v5 Teams it is PRACTICE. The real things that matter are what we strive for, the tournaments. The fact is it is good and the best way to grow is to point out mistakes, but not during the game because that just brings us down as a whole. Most of us including myself are guilty of this.
Over all I think we need somebody who is impartial on the outside that will look at our games and point out our mistakes for us, we need a coach or an analyst or something. And we need to dedicate more time to the team outside of just practice times in order to take what this person say, watch some replays and then go in to the practice games with a mind set of fixing these issues.

October 5th Practice
So today we tried out a new team line up and it seemed to work a lot better. In the past two games we had much better communication in general as well as the team mood seemed to be much nicer. Even though we lost the second game we had some vary good communication in it, other then the last team fight where we miss focused on the Oriana due to miss-communication and a very indecisive call by me.
I saw great improvement in our team fighting and laming phase as well as a lot more jungle pressure. Our vision kind of dropped tonight but it is something we can easily recover. Our engages were a lot more decisive and much more coordinated in general. All in all we are doing a lot better and I believe that with this line up we can do a much better job in the future.
Now we are staring at the barrel of a another tournament next week and I am not sure if we are all going to be available to play on it. As well I think we might at some point run into the issue that NUAREEZ is playing on two teams so things could go wrong in the future so we should at some point have a conversation about where are headed with this team. I am ready to fully commit to the team however I doubt this is the mood of the rest of you guys.
So before tomorrows practice there are 4 very important topics we are going to discuss and they are going to greatly impact our practice schedule and the amount of commitment we are putting into the team.
1.) How much is each of us willing to commit to this team? Personally I am ready to commit everything and have longer practice time however i know this is not possible for everybody and it is going to be very important to decide how much we are putting in to this.
2.)Where do we see this team going? What are our expectations and what are our goals.
3.) What are our plans for the coming week and especially this coming Sunday? Are we going to participate in the next go4lol or not? If so are we going to be increasing the amount of practice?
4.) Is NUAREEZ being on two teams going to impact us negatively in any way? If so how are we going to deal with it.
